Emulsifiable oil type PE Emulsifiable oils are produced in 2 types: PE1 and PE2 PE 1 Rool is used as emulsion of oil in water in different concentrations: • 5-20% oil in water concentration, used in hydraulic actuation of industrial equipment and installation; • 2-15% oil in water concentration, used as greasing and cooling oil to processing by cutting of cast iron and steel pieces, Cu – Al alloy, in any field where is need an anticorrosive protection of pieces produced in max. 15 days; • 2-4% oil in water concentration, used as cooling fluid for steel and aluminium cold – rolling process. PE 2 Rool is used as emulsion of oil in water in different concentrations: • 5-25% oil in water concentration, used as greasing and cooling fluid to processing by cutting of Fe C alloy, in any field where beside anticorrosive protection is need also antirust protection of pieces produced on maximum 15 days; • 2-7 % oil in water concentration, used in construction at concrete forming. Packing: 50 l, 100 l, or 200l drums. Guarantee period: 3 months from date of made.
Emulsifiable oil type PE 1- EP Emulsifiable oil, type PE 1 – EP is used in technological emulsion preparation of lubricating and cooling and in metal processing field. PE 1 EP is used as emulsion of oil in water, of 2-5 % concentrations, as lubricating and cooling field in: processing by cutting of alloyed steels, processing by turning, drilling, milling, threading, broaching, slotting, planning, canting, grinding of cast iron.
