Solutions of phosphating

Phosphating solutions is situated in Băicoi, Şoseaua Naţională 2.

Field of aplication:
•  treatment of bearing steel;
•  cold-forming of wire prior to drawing and heading (European standard technology within phosphating of rolled steel wire for drawing and heading);
•  deep-drawing, extrusion (standard technology for volumetric mechanical working);
•  tube drawing (standard technology for continuous pass lines)

Our products include:

Zinc Type Phosphating: the treatment produces a dense, smooth zinc phosphate coating which inhibits corrosion and increase gloss, adhesion and durabilitiy of paint finishes.
These types are: fosfatol I, IV, VI, XII E special, XVI, XXI

Manganese phosphating: the treatment produces a non-metalic, oil – absorbtive coating which consist mainly of Manganese & Iron Phosphates which increase the lubrication of treated surfaces and corrosion resistant.
These types are: Fosfatol III, IX, XI A, XI E

Packing: 30 l or 60 l drums.

Guarantee period: 1 year from date of made.
